What is your return policy?
You may send a return request within 14 days from order delivery date to our customer support email: vintagelittlething@gmail.com. Please do provide your order number and reason for return so that we can process it without any delay. If it is due to a Vintage Little Thing's fault, the shipping fee of return will be borne by us. Otherwise, you need to pay for the shipping fee back.

Refund will be issued in 1-3 business days from returned order delivery date if our warehouse checks the returned items and confirms they are unused and in good condition. You will receive a full refund of all returned items, however the original shipping fee is non-refundable. It will be deducted from the refund.

Note: underwear, socks, swimwear and clearance sale products are not eligible for return.


What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item, and reach out to our customer support: vintagelittlething@gmail.comWe will review each case individually.

In some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.


What should I do if my item is damaged?

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. Please reach out to our customer support: vintagelittlething@gmail.com and attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.
